| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a frame supporting a conveyor to move a set of tags. A code reader receives the tags and identifies whether a code present in one of the tags is valid. A classifier directs the validated tag to a classification bin based on the validity of the tag. The classifier is controlled by a motor to direct a code plate into the classification bin. The tags are placed onto the conveyor by a robotic arm, where the tags are stacked on a holder. The code reader reads and stores the validated code of the tagged on a database. USE - Tag sorting device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing the code reader to enable the classifier to move towards the classification bin or classification bin, such that the invalid or empty tag can be moved accordingly if there is no code present on the tag or an invalid code is present on a tag.
