| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The assembly (100) has a battery cell modules (10) mounted on a vehicle and wiring harness (20) for connecting the battery cell modules. A frame comprises weldments. An isolation unit is detachably attached to the frame and positioned around the weldments to route the wiring harness along the frame and prevent the wiring harness from rubbing against the weldments. An isolation unit is provided with bracket assemblies to be attached to elements of the frame. The weldments are provided with bosses (32) for mounting the frame to a vehicle. The bracket assemblies are provided with a bracket and a cover that is detachably attached to the bracket. USE - Battery rear assembly for a vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The isolation unit is detachably attached to the frame, and positioned around the weldments to route the wiring harness along the frame to prevent the harness from rubbing against weldments, thus preventing damage to the harness. The assembly prevents unnecessary movement of the harness along a frame of the battery pack assembly, and provides proper guiding for the harness and routing around welded elements.
