成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves measuring controlled parameters of a controlled object in real time with a specified time interval using external systems i.e. data sources. A metadata base containing information about zones with specified boundaries of standard and working numerical or logical values of the controlled parameters of the controlled object is formed. A predicted value of the time until controlled parameter reaches the limits of the standard range is calculated based on the statistical metadata after generating preemptive signals when a value of the controlled parameter reaches limits of the operating range. The predicted value is transmitted through telecommunication networks in the form of a visualized electronic notification on an event console of the workstations of the operational and technical personnel of the enterprise for subsequent decision-making to prevent negative development of industrial safety events at controlled facilities.
