成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves performing implementation of a mathematical modeling process using electronic computing devices. Number of turns of primary and secondary windings, transformation ratio and choice of initial topology of transformer turns are determined. Layers of the primary winding and the secondary winding alternate with each other are arranged in the form of conductors of rectangular or circular cross-section. Alternating current losses in the layers, power dissipated in layers for harmonic, root-mean-square current of the harmonic in the primary or secondary winding, the number of turns, constant component of current in the windings corresponding to the layers are determined. Direct current resistance of the layers is obtained. A graph of dependence of dissipated power on thickness of the conductor is formed. Thickness of the layer corresponding to a minimum value of losses in the windings is selected. Total losses of each layer are determined.
