成果简介	NOVELTY - Biodegradable toothbrush comprises (i) a handle made of a biodegradable material, handle having a longitudinal slot along its length, and (ii) a replaceable brush head comprises natural neem twig bristles and further comprises a longitudinal protrusion on its bottom surface. The longitudinal protrusion is configured to engage with the longitudinal slot of the handle for secure attachment. USE - Biodegradable toothbrush used to enhance both oral hygiene and environmental sustainability. ADVANTAGE - The toothbrush is packaged in eco-friendly biodegradable materials to maintain quality and extend shelf life. The method offers a sustainable alternative to conventional toothbrushes by utilizing natural materials and innovative design features. The environmentally friendly toothbrush by substituting non-biodegradable plastic bristles with biodegradable neem twig bristles to reduce environmental pollution and promoting ecological balance. To improve oral hygiene by utilizing neem twig bristles, which possess natural antibacterial properties, to maintain oral health without the need for additional oral care products like toothpaste. To ensure the sustainability of oral care products by incorporating a reusable wooden handle, promoting the use of biodegradable materials in personal care products, and reducing the reliance on single-use plastics. To provide a cost-effective alternative to conventional toothbrushes by offering an economical solution that combines health benefits and sustainability, making it accessible to a wider range of consumers. The toothbrush effectively cleans teeth and gums leveraging the natural properties of neem twigs, to simplify oral care routines and reducing the need for multiple oral care products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a Biodegradable toothbrush, which involves: (i) harvesting neem twigs from neem trees, (ii) peeling the outer bark from the neem twigs, (iii) soaking the peeled neem twigs in an antimicrobial solution, (iv) pressing and separating neem twig fibers, (iv) pressing and separating neem twig fibers, (v) bundling and binding the neem twig fibers into bristles, and (vi) attaching the bristles to a handle having a longitudinal slot.
