| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Detecting pesticides using gold nanoparticles and an aptamer, involves: (a) placing gold nanoparticle solution on a surface material; (b) adding 10 µM aptamer solution to gold nanoparticle solution; (c) mixing the gold nanoparticle solution and aptamer solution to obtain mixed solution; (d) adding analyte to the mixed solution; and (e) incubating analyte mixed solution for 10-15 minutes at ambient conditions. USE - Method for detecting pesticides using kit. ADVANTAGE - The method does not require incubation at specific temperature, detect very low quantities of pesticide. The pesticide is detected in a cost effective manner, as there is no requirement of any sophisticated instrumentation like spectrophotometer, High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) or micro plate reader. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for kit for detection of low quantities of pesticide, which comprises gold nanoparticle, aptamer solution and surface material. |
