成果简介	NOVELTY - Traveling cleaner system comprises an overhead traveling cleaner unit with stepper motor (12) arranged along longitudinal axis of textile machinery. An automatic control mechanism for rotating/ swinging/expanding/ retracting one blower pipe, and one proximity sensor (13) and transmitting said signals to a PLC controller for stepper motor (9), has the automatic control mechanism includes a mounting baseplate (8) to hold a stepper motor for rotating timing/flat rotating belt driven assembly adapted to rotate, swivel, expand or retract one blower pipe, where PLC controller for stepper motor is configured with circuit diagram to drive said stepped motor (10) when one proximity sensor, further rotate drive and non-drive pulley/gears (11) thereby rotating said mounting baseplate and bearing roller assembly resulting in the rotation/ swinging/ expansion/ retraction of one blowing pipe which is in physical contact with said mounting baseplate. USE - Traveling cleaner system used for cleaning textile machinery in textile mill. ADVANTAGE - The system provides an automatic electromechanics controlled by PLC/PLR control board for blowing pipe rotation/tilting /swinging mechanism to be used in overhead travelling cleaner which is used for ring frame with automatic piecing unit in order to maintain the constant cleaning efficiency of the ring frame and avoid the damages of the piecing units during running.
