DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composition, which comprises: (a) preparing the oil phase by melting lipoid S75 in CapmulMCM C8 (RTM: Glyceryl monocaprylate) at 60℃ on a water bath for 15 minutes; (b) adding fulvestrant in the melt of step (a), followed by bath sonication for 3 minutes; (c) preparing aqueous phase by dissolving poloxamer 407 and glycerol in distilled water; (d) adding aqueous phase of step (c) dropwise to the oil phase of step (b), and stirring on a magnetic stirrer at 2000 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes; (e) preparing oil in water nanoemulsion of fulvestrant using probe sonication for 5 minutes at 70% amplitude and 1 duty cycle by keeping vessel in ice-water bath; and (f) storing the final nanoemulsion of step (e) in clean amber-colored glass vial.
