| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Thermostable material comprises at least one salt of bismuth doped with at least one salt of rare earth element and at least one silicate; and at least one salt of Yttrium doped with at least one salt of rare earth element and at least one sodium metal hydrate. USE - Thermostable material for thermal stabilization of articles, preferably automobiles/vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The thermostable material provides efficient thermoregulation inside the vehicles/ automobiles, converts the higher energy photons to lower energy photons, reducing the reflected energy and lower energy photons to higher energy photons, absorbing more energy, controls absorption and emission based on atmospheric conditions, provides supporting thermal control inside the vehicles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for synthesizing material which comprises: (a) obtaining and mixing yttrium nitrate hexahydrate (Y(NO3)3.6H2O) doped with ytterbium nitrite pentahydrate (Yb(NO3)3.5H2O) and is sodium orthovanadate dodecahydrate (Na3VO4.12H2O) in distilled water to obtain a suspension; (b) dripping nitric acid (HNO3) into the suspension to obtain a solution A by to dissolving the precipitate; (c) mixing the bismuth nitrate pentahydrate (Bi(NO3)3.5H2O) doped with ytterbium nitrite pentahydrate (Yb(NO3)3.5H2O) and silicon di-oxide (SiO2) in the distilled water to obtain a suspension; (d) dripping the nitric acid (HNO3) acid into the suspension to obtain a solution B by to dissolving the precipitate; (e) mixing solution A obtained and Solution B obtained to get a solution C as Yttrium orthovanadate tri bismuth silicate with ytterbium; (f) adding the base as sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to the solution C, followed by filtering and drying the solution to obtain powder of thermostable material; (2) an article which comprises a base layer of conventional coating on the surface of article; a top layer polymer coating equipped with a thermostable material, where the thermostable material comprises bismuth silicate doped with Ytterbium nitrite pentahydrate; and yttrium sodium ortho-vanadate doped with ytterbium nitrite pentahydrate, where the thermostable material is yttrium orthovanadate tri bismuth silicate with ytterbium nitrite pentahydrate of formula (Y1-xVO4(Bi1-y(SO4)3)3:Ybx+3y) (I) and a protective transparent coating layer. x, y=0.1-0.5. |
