成果简介NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional (2D) molybdenum doped vanadium dioxide based electrode material involves preparing molybdenum doped Vanadium dioxide powder by preparing micellar solution of block copolymer in deionized water, adding vanadium pentoxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, doping agent and oxalic acid to the solution, stirring and autoclaving, and preparing non-uniformly assembled porous electrode material. The vanadium Pentoxide is 0.02-0.5 wt.% vanadium oxide. The polyvinylene glycol (PVP) polymers are 0.1-2.5 wt.%. USE - The method is useful for preparation of 2D molybdenum doped vanadium dioxide based electrochemical material used for supercapacitor e.g. electrochemical double-layer capacitors (EDLCs) and pseudo capacitors. ADVANTAGE - The supercapacitor has fast charge-discharge rates, longer life cycle, high power and high energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a 2D molybdenum doped vanadium dioxide based-electrode material prepared by method.
