成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to road construction, specifically to the technology of preparing a cold asphalt concrete mixture based on a modified polymer-bitumen composition. Method of producing cold asphalt concrete mixture includes obtaining a polymer-bitumen composition based on binder bitumen, a plasticising additive and a modifier, heating mineral materials consisting of crushed stone, sand from crushing screenings, mixing them in a heated state in a mixer, followed by unloading the obtained mixture and cooling, wherein the mixture is obtained based on binder of substandard commercial bitumen of “БНД 60/90” grade, modified by adding 10% of selective purification extract of oil distillate of the third fraction as a plasticising additive and 1% of polymer wastes of dusty polyethylene terephthalate as a modifier, wherein the polymer-bitumen composition is obtained by mixing a plasticiser and a polymer modifier at a temperature of over 220 °C for an hour, followed by mixing the obtained melt with bitumen for 30 minutes, mineral materials are heated to 105–115 °C, modified bitumen – up to 80–90 °C and stirred for 3–5 minutes to a mixture temperature of 90–110 °C, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: modified bitumen 4–5.5 over 100%, crushed stone 36, sand from crushing screenings 64.
