成果简介	NOVELTY - The mechanism (100) has a hollow plug (103) comprising a neck and externally threaded grooves, where the plug is placed in contact with a phase terminal (102). A first O-ring (104) is placed within an annular groove between a phase terminal and the plug. A backup ring (106) is placed in contact with the first O-ring within the annular groove. A second O-ring (105) is placed within the externally threaded grooves of the hollow plug below the plug neck, in contact with the housing (101). A circlip (107) is placed within a groove on the plug, where the leakage of fluid under pressure is stopped at multiple stages. USE - Sealing mechanism for sealing against leakage of hydraulic fluid or coolant medium from a housing section of a motor i.e. permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), to a controller section in a hydraulic drive (claimed) for a high pressure high-temperature hydraulic system. Uses include but are not limited to robotics, machine tools, actuators, industrial drives and vehicular propulsion. ADVANTAGE - The mechanism provides an effective solution for preventing coolant leakage and ensuring the reliability of the motor system. The mechanism is more reliable and more assembly friendly, and utilizes high-pressure coolant for the purpose of heat dissipation in PMSM systems. The mechanism uses a sealing system that stops leakage in multiple stages of the PMSM drive. The mechanism allows the motor to operate in a coolant environment, which effectively conducts heat away from the system.
