| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves loading and transferring slag from a silo into a truck and an outside spout or chute attached to a dust collector or bag house on top of a storage silo using two hatches or a hose or metal pipe on a top of an open. The slag with less water and moisture content is discarded to assists dust management. Electricity is provided to a base of a slag plateau for operating pumps of an irrigation system. A load of slag is received from the storage silo. The slag is transported by the truck to a processing plant at a disposal or a fill site, where the hatches are fastened to create an airtight chamber. A plant storage silo's hole is processed to allow slag to-be fed into a jet slurrier. USE - Method for facilitating green plateau establishment through metallic slag from metallic or coal burning installations e.g. power plants. ADVANTAGE - The method enables creating a slag disposal system in which a hardened final product satisfies current environmental standards, and eliminating risk of pollution in the disposal region, so as to ensure that slag waste process and system is cheaper to operate than conventional systems eliminate safety measures to protect against dust and hazards with a lower capital equipment and labor intensity. |
