成果简介NOVELTY - Imparting antiseptic properties to filters for ventilators and air purifying devices, comprises nanocoating a surface on the filter element of the breathing circuit of a ventilator and air purifying devices by applying 6 nm thick aluminum oxide substrate to the filter element, and then applying 18 nm thick titanium and vanadium oxide nanofilm layer by layer using atomic layer deposition technology. USE - The method is useful for imparting antiseptic properties to filters for ventilators and air purifying devices. ADVANTAGE - None given.
