成果简介NOVELTY - Method for producing selexipag involves obtaining 4-[N-(5,6-diphenylpyrazin-2-yl)-N-isopropylamino]-1-butanol by reacting 5-chloro-2,3-diphenylpyrazine with 4-isopropylamino-1-butanol in the presence of an alkali metal iodide chosen from potassium iodide, sodium iodide, and lithium iodide. USE - The method is useful for producing selexipag. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of selexipag in an environmentally-friendly manner.
