成果简介NOVELTY - Invention can be used in making waveguide devices by soldering in molten salts, for example, waveguide sections with waveguide tubes of rectangular cross-section and flanges, which are part of the waveguide distribution system of microwave devices. Waveguide tubes with rectangular cross-section are used to make workpieces for waveguides with seating belts at their end sections, and waveguide tubes and flanges are etched. Rectangular shaped parts and cross-shaped parts workpiece are formed from the solder tape, the openings of which are proportional to the channels of the waveguide pipe, and forming rectangular caps with inner dimensions corresponding to seating bands of waveguide tubes. Caps are installed in understatement of stepped windows of flanges. Waveguide tubes are installed in caps by means of landing bands. Assembled waveguide device is placed in a preheating furnace, and then immersed into a molten salt for soldering. Not more than 20 minutes after completion of soldering, the device is flushed to remove residual flux and quality of soldering of the obtained waveguide device is carried out.
