USE - As food functional concentrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for obtaining the food functional concentrate which involves preparing components constituting the concentrate, and mixing the mixture using a paddle mixer at a speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10-40 minutes.
