A lighting module extends downwardly into the vertical farming shaft. An irrigation system with a reservoir and a pump is used for delivering water to the plants. A control panel or monitoring system is used for managing and adjusting parameters. The irrigation system ensures proper hydration and nutrient uptake for the plants, promoting healthy growth. USE - Controlled environment smart modular underground vertical cultivation system. ADVANTAGE - The system minimizes the energy required for lighting the plants and controlling temperature and air quality. The underground setting naturally provides a more stable ambient temperature, reduces the need for excessive heating or cooling. The energy efficiency contributes to the system sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
