成果简介NOVELTY - Comprehensive method for processing flue gas discharged from gas turbine unit and gas-using power equipment of compressor stations of main gas pipelines, involves compressing a flue gas, extracting carbon dioxide from flue gas by sorption on a high-temperature adsorbent, and desorbing carbon dioxide by passing a superheated water vapor through the high-temperature adsorbent to obtain a mixture of carbon dioxide and water vapor, electrolyzing by passing the flow of mixture to a high-temperature electrolyzer, supplying a direct electric current to the terminals of the electrolyzer, and decomposing carbon dioxide and water vapor under the action of high temperature and direct electric current to obtain a synthesis gas, and processing the synthesis gas into secondary energy resources by any known method. USE - Comprehensive method useful for processing flue gas discharged from gas turbine unit and gas-using power equipment of compressor stations of main gas pipelines, in production of synthesis gas which is further processed into methanol and dimethyl ether, and electronic fuel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the high-temperature electrolyzer, which comprises a stack battery, cathode and anode terminals, a bus-bar, a furnace, and a casing. The casing is made in the form of a sealed shell operating under internal excess pressure, where the pressure in the cavity of the casing and in the outlet pipeline of the synthesis gas is equalized by a bypass equalizing valve-economizer, adjusted in such a way that the required concentration of synthesis gas is maintained in the cavity of the sealed casing.
