成果简介	NOVELTY - Attenuated Plasmodium parasite is new, where attenuated Plasmodium parasite has disruption in the sequence selected from sequences comprising 33 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1), 37 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2), 38 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NOs: 3 and 4), 30 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NOs: 5-6), 27 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NO: 7), and 29 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NO: 8), given in the specification. USE - Attenuated Plasmodium parasite used as vaccine (claimed) for malaria prevention, and safe immunization. ADVANTAGE - The attenuated Plasmodium parasite used in vaccine provide protection against malaria, induce pre-erythrocytic and cross-stage immunity against malaria, and protective immunity and apoptosis of infected liver cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Attenuated Plasmodium parasite is new, where attenuated Plasmodium parasite has disruption in the sequence selected from sequences comprising 33 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1), 37 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2), 38 nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID NOs: 3 and 4), given in the specification, 30 nucleotide sequence 5'-tgtcgacgttctttaattaatgaaagcttg-3', and 5'-gtcgacgaaatatatctcatatgttacaac-3' (SEQ ID NOs: 5-6), 27 nucleotide sequence 5'-gcggccgccaagccacggagaaaatgc-3' (SEQ ID NO: 7), and 29 nucleotide sequence 5'-ggcgcgccccaagattaatatatatttcc-3'(SEQ ID NO: 8). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preventing malaria, which involves administering the Plasmodium parasite, where late liver arresting sporozoites of 20,000 to 50,000 sporozoites is provided.
