成果简介NOVELTY - Preparing octreotide or its salt involves forming disulfide bridge by using tert-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc)-D-Phe-Cys(Acm)-Phe-D-Trp(Boc)-Lys(Boc)-Thr(tBu)-Cys(Acm)-Thr(tBu)-O-chlorotrityl chloride (CTC) resin with iodine to obtain a sequence of 13 amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1A as shown in formula (I) followed by de-protecting the protecting groups/cleavage of CTC resin of SEQ ID NO: 1A. USE - Method for preparing octreotide or its salt. ADVANTAGE - The octreotide is prepared using coupling additive, which reduces loss of configuration at the carboxylic acid residue, increases coupling rates and reduces the risk of racemization.
