成果简介	NOVELTY - The motor has a motor housing or shell connected with a stator and a weld ring. Locking plates comprise a receiving unit and an end shield. The end shield is attached to the locking plates that is connected with the receiving unit. The receiving unit is connected with a fastening unit and a bush housing. A bush is provided between the bush housing and a shaft. A rotor is supported between the end shield and the shell. The locking plate is fixed to an inner face of a weld ring for allowing convenient access to perform work within the shell. A weld ring is provided with a groove (5) in which the locking plates are slide in radial direction. USE - Electric motor for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy in the form of rotational movement in a bore-well of a well bore pump in a wellbore. ADVANTAGE - The motor ensures that locking plates are slideably attached to an inner face of a weld ring, thus allowing convenient access to perform work within shell, and reducing weight and cost of motor. The motor ensures that a bush housing is coated with anti-rust coating to avoid corrosion of cast iron bush housing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for realizing assembly of an electric motor.
