成果简介	NOVELTY - The auto piecing unit has a suction nozzle provided to capture a broken yarn from a bobbin in a spindle and to thread the broken yarn into guide elements of a ring spinning machine. The broken yarn is disentangled from the bobbins in the spindle. A set of actuators is provided to move the suction nozzle and capture the broken yarn from the bobbin in the spindle. A yarn latching kit holds a tail end of the broken yarn and moves the broken yarn in a swiveling direction for threading the broken yarn. An end breakage yarn sensing sensor detects the broken yarn in the bobbin. The nozzle inserts the tail end of the broken yarn into a traveler guide. USE - Auto piecing unit for a spindle in a ring spinning machine for spinning fibers such as cotton, flax and wool, to form yarn. ADVANTAGE - The auto piecing unit decreases production losses, increases effectiveness and efficiency of yarn production processes, avoids the requirement to travel to the auto piecing system to run the entire length of the ring spinning machine to cover the spindles, prevents the surface contact on the ring rail by providing a perfect sliding operation for horizontal, angular, linear, vertical movement related to the origin movement to support the piecing process, relates the non-surface contact to avoid the marking and the damage on the ring rail and ensure the free movements subsequently, and eliminates the total design changes of overhead traveling cleaner and hinderance problem by using the mechanism. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for realizing auto piecing of a broken yarn at a spindle in a ring spinning machine.
