成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to therapeutic use of selenium nanoparticles coated with sorafenib. Disclosed is the use of selenium nanoparticles coated with the multikinase inhibitor sorafenib for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis, where selenium nanoparticles are obtained by laser ablation and have size of 100–120 nm, wherein the thickness of the sorafenib layer is 10–20 nm. USE - Medicine.
