成果简介NOVELTY - Chocolate with venison and deer antler is prepared by (a) melting dark chocolate disks 54 %mass cocoa to a homogeneous mass, where the dark chocolate disks comprise sugar, cocoa powder with reduced fat content, emulsifier, particularly soy lecithin and vanilla, (b) tempering, pouring into molds and adding the toppings and (c) placing the product in a cool temperature until it hardens and removing from the molds and placing in individual packaging.
