成果简介	NOVELTY - Battery pack has battery management system (BMS) mounting plate for holding thermal interface material and BMS. The mounting plate absorbs and diverts heat generated by set of cells and the BMS to battery casing by mounting the mounting plate with the battery casing. A set of cutouts provides space to extend conducting elements outwards from the cells to provide electrical power to the battery and provide space for communicating units. The communicating units transmit parameters e.g. temperature level, of the cells. The interface material is positioned between the mounting and BMSs. USE - Battery pack with BMS mounting plate. ADVANTAGE - The pack prevents leakage of the thermally conductive materials that are dispensed between the cells to dissipate the heat. The pack utilizes a sealing element to prevent leakage of thermally-conductive materials dispensed from the BMS mounting plate to the battery casing, thus preventing damage of the cells and the battery pack due to the heat generated by the cells. The sealing element is positioned between a battery casing and the mounting plate, so that the sealing element can prevent the heat from being transferred to the cells, thus increasing the life of the components of the battery management system (BMS) and the cells or preventing the cells from being damaged or damaged by the heat, and hence improving the performance of the pack in an efficient manner.
