| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Thermal management system (100) for a battery module (102), comprises multiple of cells. The system comprises a control unit (104) configured to monitor state of charge (SoC), temperature, and voltage of each cell and monitor concentration of gases released by each cell and/or present in an enclosure (112) of the battery module. The temperature of a first set of cells, operating in an active mode, among the multiple of cells exceeds a predefined temperature, and a sudden voltage drop is detected in the first cells when the concentration of the gases exceeds a predefined concentration. The control unit switches the first cells to an inactive mode to electrically isolate the respective cells from the battery module, and actuate the air conditioning and cooling unit to discharge the gases from the enclosure of the battery module.
