成果简介	NOVELTY - Media agitation apparatus comprises: (a) an elongated body (1) having first end (2) and second end (3), where the first end is developed to be installed with motor assembly of a bioreactor via screws (4) and second end is configured with blades (5) for agitation of media filled within the bioreactor; and (b) perforations (6) engraved on the body, where the perforations allow the media to enter within the body and interact with immobilized enzymes/cells filled within the body for obtaining desirable results. USE - Media agitation apparatus for bioreactor. ADVANTAGE - The media agitation apparatus accommodates user desired immobilized cells/enzymes, and ensures uniform distribution of contact of immobilized cells/enzymes to the media present in a bioreactor to obtain desired results in a convenient manner, agitates the media, and has the capacity to accommodate the immobilized enzymes to eliminate the need for immobilized enzymes separation process, and is capable of being installed with various kinds of bioreactor from lab scale to pilot scale, eliminates the need for post reaction harvesting of beads of immobilized cells/enzymes.
