The special software is supplemented by a subroutine to automatically generate required message from data entered by an operator and convert the message into Morse code. The generated alert signal from a radio station interface unit is transmitted through remote control lines to radio transmitters to broadcast alert signals without first calling a correspondent. Consent for reception in radio networks with auditory telegraph operation is obtained, while reducing probability of error in signal transmission by 4 times.
