USE - Fusion transcripts UBE3C-LRP5 (v1 and v2) used in fluorescence-based one-step quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) kit for activating an oncogenic WNT signalling cascade, complementary DNA synthesis, and identification of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. ADVANTAGE - The kit is employed for cDNA synthesis, and quantitative real-time PCR is capable of performing the whole reaction in a single tube with a single step without compromising the specificity and sensitivity of the reaction. The kit also shows simple and convenient operation, and short detection period, and quickly detect disease genes related to head and neck cancer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fluorescence-based one-step quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) kit, which comprises upstream forward primer, downstream reverse primer and a 6-FAM (RTM: Fluorescent dye)-BHQ (RTM: Black Hole Quencher)1 labeled fluorescent probe for identification of UBE3C-LRP5 (v1) fusion variant, where the primer sequences are AD3187, AD3189, and AD3193; upstream forward primer, downstream reverse primer and a Cy (RTM: red-fluorescent dye 5)-labeled fluorescent probe for detection of UBE3C-LRP5 (v2) fusion variant, where the primer sequences are AD3187, AD3190, and AD3194; upstream forward primer, downstream reverse primer, and a TexRed-labeled fluorescent probe for detection of RNase P reference control gene, where the primer sequences are shown as AD2234, AD2245, and AD3195. |
