| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The bread comprises a high nutrient enriched product, and protein and starch rich product, without addition of any preservative, where the product is cost-efficient, and the is stored for 1 week, and does not contain any preservatives. The product is used in conjunction with a high-protein, high-density lipoprotein (hdl) and/or low-glycerol-based product. The bread is made from using cassava flour and horse gram, where color and texture analysis are done. A microbial analysis is evaluated, where horse gram is high in protein and iron. USE - Fortified cassava and horsegram bread for use as non-indigenous food products for celiac patients. ADVANTAGE - The bread has improved quality, nutritional composition and shelf life. The bread ensures weight loss, improves digestive system and cures metabolic disorders such as high blood sugar and high cholesterol.
