The nutritional composition is found in the biscuits, and contains more protein, fiber, and carbohydrate than rest of the biscuits. The biscuits are made from variety of ingredients. USE - Protein rich biscuit e.g. peanut oil cake biscuit and coconut oil cake biscuit. ADVANTAGE - The biscuit prepares a baked product that has excellent taste and texture, and provides the baked product with excellent rheological characteristics. The baked product has excellent textural properties, performs expansion of air cells, provides rigidity after baking, and is prepared by a simple process.
