ADVANTAGE - The method isolates flavonoids from the florets of Gaillardia pulchella, administration of these flavonoidal glycosides effectively mitigated the elevated levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, the hypolipidemic effect of this glycoside results from an increased catabolism of cholesterol. |
