成果简介NOVELTY - Photocurable composite comprises 35-73 wt.% photopolymer, 25-60 wt.% additive, and 2-5 wt.% first surfactant. USE - Photocurable composite used in 3D (three-dimensional) printing (claimed) of LTCC substrates with metallic conductors. ADVANTAGE - The photocurable composite is economic, eco-friendly and simple to perform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for the preparation of a photocurable composite, which involves: a. adding a predetermined amount of a photoinitiator to a predetermined of monomer to form a first mixture; b. adding a predetermined amount of a second surfactant to the first mixture, followed by mixing at a first predetermined speed for a first predetermined time period to obtain a second mixture; c. degassing the second mixture for a second predetermined time period at a second predetermined speed to obtain a photopolymer; d. adding a predetermined amount of an additive and a predetermined amount of a first surfactant to the photopolymer, followed by mixing at a third predetermined speed for a third predetermined time period to obtain a third mixture; and e. degassing the third mixture for a fourth predetermined time period at a fourth predetermined speed to obtain a product.
