成果简介	NOVELTY - System (100) comprises a traveling grate wall burner which is a vertical hollow cylinder equipped with plurality of channels, comprising an air disc and spud assembly (1) which provides suitable air turbulence and is mounted on a supervision port (9) for flame observation and pilot ignition, where the air disc and spud assembly is configured with an air spud (2), an air connection channel (5), a lean gas connection channel (6), and a coal/gas connection channel (7) which are mounted perpendicular to the vertical hollow cylinder of the traveling grate wall burner in different direction, respectively, and an oil atomizer nozzle (8) which is mounted at the narrow end. USE - System for mixing surrounding air in a combustion chamber by providing suitable air turbulence. ADVANTAGE - The system provides a uniform temperature in the traveling grate hood or kiln inlet area resulting in weak pellet balls which get cracked while traveling through the kiln, thus avoiding the problem of kiln dust generation and clinker formation.
