| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - An electric motor (100), has distribution mechanism for selectively opening and closing the orifices to allow flow of cooling fluid from a first shaft (102-1) through orifices to multiple coolant passages in predefined flow pattern. The flow pattern results in flow of the cooling fluid to different predefined coolant passage at predefined frequency. Rotor elements (104) comprises a rotor stack (104-1) comprising laminations and multiple magnets in V-shape layout (104-3) being disposed of in the rotor stack, and a balancing disc (104-2) configured with a rotor shaft on either side of the rotor stack. The pump is configured to enable flow of the cooling fluid through the rotor (102). The second shaft (108) is configured to move to a closed position. The flow of the cooling fluid is enabled into the corresponding coolant passages through the third and fourth set of orifices for the cooling fluid to flow from the second end (D) side towards the first end (ND) side. USE - Electric motor for powering small household appliances and large industrial machinery. ADVANTAGE - The improved, efficient, and cost-efficient electric motor equipped with a cooling system involving the first shaft with orifices and the second shaft with holes, which provides efficient cooling of rotor elements while reducing oil drag loss is provided. The improved performance characteristics and efficiency of the motor are improved. The periodic cooling of the rotor stack and magnets associated with a rotor of an electric motor is achieved while reducing the parasitic load on the motor or oil drag losses.
