成果简介NOVELTY - Design of microwave device for correction of temperature coefficient, comprising microstrip board and adjustment elements made with possibility to achieve optimum level of frequency or amplitude or phase characteristic, differs by the fact that in addition to the board with adjustment elements, there is a second, tightly contacting board, both boards with approximately the same values of dielectric constant, but with opposite sign temperature coefficients of dielectric constant values, wherein the main microstrip line used in the tuning process is placed on one of the boards in the immediate vicinity of the boundary of the mechanical contact of the two dissimilar boards, and capacitive elements configured to be connected to said line during adjustment are arranged symmetrically relative to the line, wherein the device is configured to secondary adjustment of the circuit by replacing the connected capacitive elements from one board to another, wherein said structure allows achieving minimum temperature coefficient of frequency or amplitude or phase characteristic as per actual requirements, and with possibility of temperature coefficient correction without violation of primary setting.
