| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Manufacturing nano fibrous polycaprolactone scaffold involves (a) preparing a polymer solution or melt, dissolving 1%, 2%, 4%, and 8% polycaprolactone (PCL) in chloroform to produce translucent solution, (b) incorporating functional additive including nanoparticles, biomolecules, or other functionalization agents, into the polymer solution to enhance the properties of the nanofibers and loading the polymer solution into a spray gun, (c) connecting the spray gun to a compressor capable of supplying controlled air pressure, (d) positioning the spray gun at a fixed distance from a collector, (e) applying a high voltage to the polymer solution as it is sprayed from the spray gun, forming nanofibers under pressure, and (f) collecting the nanofibers on the collector as the solvent evaporates during the process. USE - Method for manufacturing nano fibrous polycaprolactone scaffold used for biomedical application (claimed), bone tissue engineering and drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The prepared scaffold exhibits controlled degradation behavior, with minimal weight reduction over an extended period, as determined by degradation assays, and demonstrates tensile strength, tensile stress, and tensile strain at break values within the ranges determined by mechanical testing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a nanofibrous scaffold, which comprises: a semi-crystalline structure possesses a specific surface area of 21.97 m2/g, having a water contact angle measurement of 92.731° and diameters ranging from tens to hundreds of 7 nanometer. |
