| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Biopesticide composition comprises: (i) a first component comprising a fungus selected from Verticillium chlamydosporiumor its spores, and/or Paecilomyces lilacinusor its spores, and a first supporting agent selected from maltodextrin, trehalose, lactose, monosodium glutamate, skim milk, carboxymethyl cellulose, and/or pectin; and (ii) a second component comprising Trichoderma harzianum, or its spores, and a second supporting agent selected from carboxymethyl cellulose, trehalose, lactose, monosodium glutamate, skim milk, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid, glycerol, and/or polyethylene glycol. USE - Biopesticide composition for controlling plant pests (claimed) selected from nematodes, and fungi. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The biopesticide composition has enhanced stability, exhibits extended shelf life, along with stable microbial viability; protects the fungal spores from injuries caused due to freezing and maintains their structural integrity; has less than 1% moisture content, which ensures low or almost nil reactivation of the spores during storage; and is cost-effective and user-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a lyophilized product, comprising the composition; 2. a formulation comprising: 1-80% composition and 20-99% excipient; 3. a method-1 for preparing the composition comprising: (i) mixing Verticillium chlamydosporiumbiomass, or its spores, and/or Paecilomyces lilacinusbiomass, or its spores, and a solution comprising a first supporting agent selected from maltodextrin, trehalose, lactose, monosodium glutamate, skim milk, carboxymethyl cellulose, and/or pectin, and lyophilizing to obtain the first component; (ii) mixing Trichoderma harzianumbiomass, or its spores, and a solution comprising a second supporting agent selected from carboxymethyl cellulose, trehalose, lactose, monosodium glutamate, skim milk, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid, glycerol, and/or polyethylene glycol, preferably lyophilizing to obtain the second component; and (iii) mixing said first component and second component to obtain the composition; 4. a method-2 for preparing the formulation comprising: diluting the composition with an excipient to obtain the formulation; 5. a kit comprising: the formulation or the composition; and optionally an instruction manual; 6. a method-3 for controlling plant pests comprising: applying the composition or the formulation to the plant or to plant`s surroundings; 7. a microbial consortium comprising a strain of Verticillium chlamydosporium, a strain of Paecilomyces lilacinus; and a strain of Trichoderma harzianum; 8. a strain of Verticillium chlamydosporiumdeposited under the accession number MTCC 25689; 9. a strain of Paecilomyces lilacinusdeposited under the accession number MTCC 25688; and 10. a strain of Trichoderma harzianumdeposited under the accession number MTCC 25691. |
