成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves receiving geographic coordinates and generating corresponding messages are transmitted to railway traffic safety control center. An end of optical fibers of distributed vibroacoustic FOC is connected to input of reflectometer on receiving side. The optical fibers of laid FOC to which the coils or reels assembled from fiber-optic cable are connected through optical connectors-couplings and which represent point FOCs are connected on receiving side to input of interferometer, for forming four additional measurement sources including direct measurement of the length of PS using a train laser rangefinder, the source and receiver of optical radiation of which are installed at the location defining the beginning of the PS, and the reflector or retroreflectometer at the location corresponding to the end of the PS, and the results of measurements performed on basis of various physical principles and effects of fiber-optic technology. USE - Method for implementing global monitoring with expanded capabilities for managing safety of train traffic and operation of important railway infrastructure facilities, by using information from satellite radio navigation system to determine location of rolling stock and its speed. ADVANTAGE - The data obtained from various sources are used to improve the accuracy, reliability and signal reliability of measurements of the location, length, integrity of rolling stock, and the direction of their movement along adjacent railway tracks.
