成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves ensuring continuous conversion of measured pressure including excess pressure into a unified current output signal and a digital signal based on a Highway Addressable Remote Transducer(RTM: Hybrid analog and digital industrial automation open protocol) protocol. Switching of a regulating element of a nozzle is controlled. A pressure sensor and the electric drive are connected to a control cabinet installed near a well with a regulator to convert an input signal from the pressure sensor into an analog output signal supplied to the electric drive of a specified fitting with task of switching. Task of the converted output analog signal is performed to return the specified nozzle to original position to restore working condition of the well and prevent formation of gas hydrates in installation units of elements of the annular line of a wellhead equipment after reducing pressure to operating value or reduced to 10%.
