成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves providing a reaction mixture, where the reaction mixture include the thiol peroxide enzyme for the desired estimation of thiol peroxidase enzymes activity based on target thiol peroxidise. Reaction mixture is selected based on activity assay system in presence or absence of oxidizing substrate 10 hydroperoxides for selecting interaction with conjugate base of free sulfhydryl groups or thiols to produce a mixed disulfide with the target thiol group and 2-nitro-5-thiobenzoic acid. Spectrophotometric quantification is selected at 412nm for measuring yellow colored TNB generated as a measure of the 15 quantitative estimation of thiol peroxidase enzymes activity. USE - Method for realizing colorimetric assay based in-vitro quantitative estimation of thiol peroxidase enzymes activity by directly monitoring through colorimetric assessment of DTNB reduction. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring highly specific for thiol peroxidases which can be performed through colorimetric assessment of DTNB reduction in presence or in absence of the substrate hydroperoxides. The method enables ensuring labor intensive and inexpensive without need the purified intermediate electron shuttling proteins/peptide required to measure thiol-peroxidase activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a system for carrying colorimetric assay based in-vitro quantitative estimation of thiol peroxidase enzymes activity.
