成果简介NOVELTY - Described is a method of differentiating the vaccine strain "PB-97" from field isolates of rabies virus according to the maximum of the graph of the derivative of the sigmoid function when amplifying a portion of the N-gene of the viral cDNA using SYTO 16 dye. Method is characterized by analytical specificity equal to 100%, diagnostic sensitivity in 95% confidence interval equal to 99.19–100.00%, diagnostic specificity—98.44–100.0%, overall accuracy—99.47–100.00%.
