成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely to the ceramic proppant manufacturing technology. Proposed method comprises preliminary thermal treatment of initial stock, its grinding, granulation in mixer-granulator with introduction of binder. At the final stage of granulation, initial heat-treated ground raw material is added. Then the obtained dried granules are fired at temperature of 900–1600 °C. Binder used is a suspension of particles with size of not more than 5 mcm of spent aluminium-cobalt-molybdenum gas cleaning catalyst in 8.0–12.0 % aqueous dextrin solution.
