| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system (100) has a chilli harvesting device that is designed for harvesting the chillies. The chilli harvesting device comprises a double-helical roller module to have a counter rotating motion for the helical rollers. A spiral unit is fixed around the helical rollers. The angular units are affixed to the spiral units. A collection tray collects and gathers the harvested chilli pods. A crop divider module is used to guide plants between the helical rollers during forward movement. A high clearance unit serves as a supporting structure for the chilli harvesting device which is integrated to the lower portion of a moving tractor through the high clearance unit. USE - System for harvesting chillies. ADVANTAGE - The mechanized chilli harvesting systems have been developed to improve productivity. The integration of harvesting systems with moving tractors to enhance mobility and efficiency remains a challenge.
