| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The continuous slab casting assembly (100) for casting molten metal, has: a housing (1) supporting a casting mold; a support structure coupled to one of a pair of parallel inner walls of the housing and positioned below the casting mold; a pair of guide brackets coupled to a portion of support structure, and comprising a first guide bracket, which has a first body and is fixedly coupled to the support structure, and a second guide bracket removably coupled to the support structure adjacent to the first guide bracket at a predefined distance and defining a gap between the first and second guide brackets; and a bender supported by the support structure, and defined with top pins and bottom pins. The top pins are supported by a top end of the support structure. The bottom pins are positioned in the gap between first and second guide brackets. The second guide bracket has a second body, which is defined with second cavities and a protrusion extending outwardly from the second body. USE - Continuous slab casting assembly for casting molten metal used in manufacturing industry for forming and processing various metals. Can also be used in casting billet, bloom and slab. ADVANTAGE - The bender is positioned to facilitate the transition from vertical path to a curved path between the mold and the segments. The guide bracket is removably coupled to the support structure adjacent to the first guide bracket at a predefined distance and defines a gap between the first and second guide bracket. The assembly allows the bender to be prevented from being dislodged from the guide bracket due to the forces exerted by the molten product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The continuous slab casting assembly (100) for casting molten metal, has: a housing (1) supporting a casting mold; a support structure coupled to one of a pair of parallel inner walls of the housing and positioned below the casting mold; a pair of guide brackets coupled to a portion of support structure, and comprising a first guide bracket , which has a first body and is fixedly coupled to the support structure, and a second guide bracket removably coupled to the support structure adjacent to the first guide bracket at a predefined distance and defining a gap between the first and second guide brackets; and a bender supported by the support structure and defined with top pins and bottom pins. The top pins are supported by a top end of the support structure. The bottom pins are positioned in the gap between first and second guide brackets. The second guide bracket has a second body, which is defined with second cavities and a protrusion extending outwardly from the second body. The protrusion is defined with a third cavity. The second guide bracket is made of spring steel (55Si7) with a stress of 550-650 MPa.
