| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Preparing 17-ketoprostanozol (I) and its intermediates, involves (a) coupling of stanolone (II) with ethyl formate to obtain androstan-17b-ol-3-one derivative (III); (b) coupling of the androstan-17b-ol-3-one derivative (III) obtained with a hydrazine reagent in presence of an acid and solvent to provide pyrazol-17-ol Nor stanozolol derivative (IV); (c) oxidizing 17-ol Nor stanozolol derivative (IV) obtained with Dess Martin Periodinane (DMP) in presence of a solvent to obtain 17- ketoprostanozol (I). USE - Process for preparing 17-ketoprostanozol (I) and its intermediates, used as an authentic reference material for detecting prostanozol intake through the analysis of biological samples obtained from athletes. ADVANTAGE - The (I) has high purity of 99.6%, and high yield of 90 %. The process is fast, completes within 15-30 minutes, more reliable and robust, and does not have any formation of side products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing 17-ketoprostanozol of formula (I) and its intermediates, involves (a) coupling of stanolone of formula (II) with ethyl formate to obtain androstan-17b-ol-3-one derivative of formula (III); (b) coupling of the androstan-17b-ol-3-one derivative (III) obtained with a hydrazine reagent in presence of an acid and solvent to provide pyrazol-17-ol Nor stanozolol derivative of formula (IV); (c) oxidizing 17-ol Nor stanozolol derivative (IV) obtained with Dess Martin Periodinane (DMP) in presence of a solvent to obtain 17- ketoprostanozol (I). |
