| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - A fixture for holding washers in anodizing process, has baseplate (1), support plates (2), top plate (3), special bolt (4), bush (5), stud (6), locating pins (7), nut (8) and washer (9), where assemble of the fixture is by aligning the baseplate, the support plate is with the help of locating pin, the washer is held in fixture by tightening and adjusting the special bolt, the top plate is used for tightening washer in place to prevent falling washers into solution tank, the locating pins are provided for guiding support plate, and the studs are provided for clamping purpose. USE - Fixture used for holding washers for aircraft during anodizing process. ADVANTAGE - The anodizing operation is an electrolytic process carried out to improve physical and chemical properties of the component e.g. washers.
