成果简介NOVELTY - Converting lower alkanes into value added compounds in the presence of metal oxide catalyst, by non-thermal plasma at 0.9-1.3 A current for a duration of 5-10 minutes and at a temperature of 30-60℃ and in dielectric barrier discharge reactor. USE - The process is useful for converting lower alkanes into value added compounds in the presence of metal oxide catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The process: effectively produces hydrogen (free from carbon dioxide) and other value added products in higher yields; and facile, economical and industrially applicable.
