| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Manufacturing a foamed gold alloy involves casting a gold alloy of a composition comprising 75-91.7 wt.% gold (Au), 0.01-25 wt.% copper (Cu), 0-3 wt.% silicon (Si), 0.01-25 wt.% silver (Ag), 0-10 wt.% aluminum (Al), 0-10 wt.% germanium (Ge), 0-1 wt.% magnesium (Mg), 0-1 wt.% titanium (Ti), 0-1 wt.% zirconium (Zr), 0-5 wt.% calcium (Ca), the balance being incidental elements, melting a casted gold alloy at first predetermined temperature, adding a stabilizing agent into the melted gold alloy, adding a blowing agent into the melted gold alloy, and maintaining the melted gold alloy at the first predetermined temperature for a first predetermined time, and obtaining the foamed gold alloy. USE - Method of manufacturing a foamed gold alloy for a solid article e.g. a jewelry/ornament. ADVANTAGE - The method aids in manufacturing foamed gold alloy possessing luster, brightness and color. The composition of the gold alloy aids in reducing the melting point of the gold alloy and the method aids in addition of less quantity of stabilizing agent and the blowing agent, since effective decomposing of the blowing agent at reduced melting point of the gold alloy.
